Young Scientist Awards asks students in grades 1-12 to submit a 1–5 minute video or writeup with images for a chance to win a Trophy and an exclusive GEMA’s International Science Club Membership.




We are delighted to announce that GEMA International Young Scientists Award is now open to accept Registrations!
This all-virtual event will feature the same celebration of young people’s creativity, world-class competition and global cultural exchange as previous years. The submissions this year will be through Recorded Video Uploads or write up images.
Understanding this, GEMA is organizing “International Young Scientist Award” through recorded video submission or writeup with images, with the aim to evolve the creativity among the students, the future leaders.

The Young Scientist Awards encourages students to choose any varied basic concepts or principle of Science, they can perform an experiment, conduct an activity or design a working model or a chart paper presentation which elucidates the principle that they have chosen.. Ideate
Create a Video or Prepare a Write up with images.
Students will be asked to create a 1-5 minute video or a written project detail with images entry in which they describe a scientific or technological concept. They can showcase a working model or a chart paper presentation or a power point presentation.

Submit
Ensure student submissions are ready to go.
To apply, students must click on the ‘Register Now’ button on the website and fill the Application Portal with the help of a parent or guardian. Once a student’s parent/guardian has completed the consent form and registration page the student will be able to submit a video file (MP4 format). Before uploading your video, Please make sure the title of your video is “Your Name—Category—[Your Project Title]” and your video is between 1-5 minutes in length and less than 1GB size.

We have divided students into 4 groups
Students can choose any varied basic concepts or principal of Science, they can perform an experiment, conduct an activity or design a working model or a chart paper presentation which elucidates the principle that they have chosen. Science and its applications are way beyond the textbook experiments and class activities, so to boost the interest of students in science and help them learn the basics, GEMA’s Young Scientist Awards give opportunity to students to create simple and interesting experiments and observation projects, that enable them to understand varied basic concepts of Science.
